4x20 Hamstring curls

Stomach feels a little weird but needed to do hamstring curls but yes would not be surprised if an alien popped out of my abdomen at anytime

5 Sets of 5 Reps on each of the following -

Close grip palms up pulldowns.
DB Shrugs.
DB Curls.

The following is even more pathetic but true -

5 Sets of 1 or 2 negative reps on my pull-up bar with a narrow palms inward grip. This was very difficult but at least I didn't instantly slam into the garage floor as I had the last time I tried these.

Then I tried to do the DB toss with a 5lb. DB.  Nope.  Could not do a single one.  Too freakin' weak.

Worked 5-4 today got home 430 and just finished up 15 sets of varied grip pull ups. Crazy back and arm pump. I’m fucking beat.

Thanks, Rob.  I am getting in about 30 minutes a day of exercise now and this is now my (I think!) 4th day in a row.  When I am done I get a class of iced tea and sit down, listen to some music and read this and a few other threads.

Last week I couldn’t sleep, I’m watching Netflix at about 1:00 AM and my phone rings. I’m like WTF? It’s JPJ, so I answer thinking that maybe her car broke down or something. She gets on the phone talking 200 mph (like always) about guys who purposely drink protein drinks so they can fart in the gym. I’m like, what in the holy hell are you talking about. She goes on a mile a minute about gym etiquette and standards of personal hygiene, then in mid sentence remembers she needs to call her Mom and off she goes.

It baffles me….
