Felt like going heavy today on some ez bar curls,little body English and felt pretty damn strong.
10 sets ex bar curls 61x75,81x50,101x30,121x20,141x16,161x10,181x7,201x4,3,2. Just these today with 3-5 minutes rest between sets. Shoulder is pretty sore but bis crazy pumped.

That is some elite curling. Most guys can get a single strict with what they can get a triple cheating and they don't do anywhere near that much working warming up to it. Less than 20 guys at any bodyweight have strict curled over 200lbs in strict curl competition ever. You should really consider checking out a meet you would do well. What state are you in?

Thanks Hankins. I’m in mass. I don’t think I can strict curl 201 though and prob not 181. That’s some heavy ass weight. I plan to keep curling heavy every 3-4 workouts though so maybe in a couple months I will see what I could do.

Today- thighs and calves

Hammer leg extension- one leg at a time- pause at top- 4 x 15
Adductors on panatta machine (the good girl machine)- 4 x 15
Hack Squats- new atlantis hack squat lovely movement- 4 x 20
had a 5 minute break here as feeeling a bit nauseous
Leg Press panatta bridge press I think- 3 x 30- constant weight with 15 seconds between sets
(this started easy but was agony by middle of set 2- unreal pump

Calf raise- 4 x 20
Seated calf 4 x 20

Baked after that

Was walking like a saloon drunk after so got a joey for my cheat meal of the week- 1 big mag 1 double quarter pounder 1 large fried 1 large milkshake

Now a jacuzzi and a long sleep!

I am still training really light but feels ok so far not using a belt or knee wraps either as not going heavy. Sometimes out of nowhere I get strange discomfort, but it says that can happen for up to a year and it hasn't happened when lifting. I try not to eat too much or strain too much. I plan to increase the weight a bit on everything the next few weeks but still babying everything.

Squats is almost a movement exercise for me as much as a power exercise. I want to make sure my hips and ankles still work and move properly. If I don't do full range of motion leg stuff I get stiff in my knees lower back ankles etc If I am squatting everything stays more limber

Yup, small weight additions each week, get back at a careful pace... (Starting to listen to my own advice's these days even).
Ive been taking baby steps on the DL and SQ after the back injury fiasco...
