Hows the hernia area feeling after that one??
I am still training really light but feels ok so far not using a belt or knee wraps either as not going heavy. Sometimes out of nowhere I get strange discomfort, but it says that can happen for up to a year and it hasn't happened when lifting. I try not to eat too much or strain too much. I plan to increase the weight a bit on everything the next few weeks but still babying everything.
Squats is almost a movement exercise for me as much as a power exercise. I want to make sure my hips and ankles still work and move properly. If I don't do full range of motion leg stuff I get stiff in my knees lower back ankles etc If I am squatting everything stays more limber
