Legs / Delts

Squats - 5 sets
Leg Press - 5 sets
Leg Ext / Curl SS - 5 sets
Rotary Calf - 5 sets

Smith OHP - 5 sets
Side Lateral / Rear Delt SS - 5 sets
Machine Press - 5 sets

Lower back not doing well w/ squats these days (reps) going to move to singles (like 5 sets of singles),
Just to stay in the game. 5 rep sets and back was on fire, while I work on flexibility and recovery... Could be an age thing...

I am 210lbs this am just stepped on scale and I would be in the hospital at 195lbs. you just talk nonsense. you never post your actual physique just pics of a bunch of 60 year old men and you were in the contest so what you are scrawny and old and weak

I dont feel the need to post photos to satisfy a creepy 45 year old dick root posting man who cant hold down a job

I will just carry on competing and not placing dead last in every show I enter unless I go home early to avoid embarrassment.

You placed 4 out of 5 in a podunk show in the open division wtf are you talking about I placed 3 out of 4 in the open in my contest 3 years ago how the fuck do you think 4 out of 5 is any better? 

The show you won had 3 guys in it and the other 2 were in their mid 60s meanwhile you are 57 so wtf are you talking by about you are not some kind of elite bodybuilder
