One arm dumbell curls superset with overhead tricep extensions run the rack switched to cable pressdown after a couple sets as left shoulder was not stable during overhead dumbell extensions

Great legs Keto Kid (no homo). Though I prefer front squats, I tried that Rogue safety bar a few months ago and liked it, it's ideal for a home gym.

I was 205lbs Monday morning after not eating for several days due to stomach pain. It is now Friday I was 213lbs this morning and I am 215lbs right now. You guys can argue all day about why I am this or that I am just reporting my weight.

I do, I'm a pretty strong squatter even just with a regular bar, but I feel much more comfortable in this position maybe it's just my mechanics, but I highly recommend purchasing one or training at a gym that has them.

Honestly I think it's more of a natural position to be in, having your hands out in front of you (safety squats) as opposed to behind you (barbell squat) I feel it's way more comfortable.

a lot of people lack flexibility in the shoulders & some have shoulder issues so the logical conclusion is to have a neutral front grip.

I have one but barely use it.

It feels good when you rack it for me, but it pushes me forward a bit on the squat.  Could just be my build, as I have a bit of a longer torso.

But it's more likely I haven't given it the proper chance.

Safety squat bar is a useful tool. Used to hold the rack and squat back over the heels, really burn up the quads.

thats been my problem w squats the last few years.... no injuries or anything, just the flexibility sucks.
