started with seated db laterals superset with db overhead presses and after warm-up did 2 cycles of it and i was fucked so just went home

i try to train 6 days a week but i think i gotta go to 5 days a week or even 2 on/1 off, 6 on/1 off is too much

Disappointing day for me, 4th out of 5, no invite to next years Britain

Think Im done now, I cant compete with the top guys and Im not killing myself trying
Im tired now and its been a long year, going to take a couple weeks rest and sort out a few niggles and then get back in the gym

Some feedback saying I could have been 2nd with different judges, its like I could have won with a different physique
Fact is my body isnt going to respond enough at 58 to catch the top guys

Bent over pressdown 50 pounds for 33 reps

Then back to dips for "bodybuilding work" with bodyweight
