Nice pressing GR, I tried benching again for a week and it has ruined my shoulder so now I have to say never bench again for me. Also love doing cable crushers, people ask me what I’m doing and I say standing bent over cable skulls but I like cable crushers better.

you ever try getting a proper arch and tucking your shoulders under? this takes more of the delts out of benching and protects the shoulders, also try tucking your elbows in more and flaring them out less, it's easier to do this with a closer grip but it's not necessary

You measured inconsistently then your chest absolutely did not grow 2 inches in 7 days nothing to do with belief.

Leg Press - 8 X 20,15,12,10,10,12,15,20 (got the 7 plates for 10,nice and deep without wraps....easy peasy)
Leg Extensions - 4 X 20
Adductor Machine - 4 X 15-20
STRETCHED QUADS BETWEEN ALL SETS.

Seated Leg Curls - 6 X 12-20

Rotary Calf Machine - 5 X failure (+ stretching and partials to extend the sets)

Adding in D-Bol to,my cycle today

It was a good day!

Barbell row on high bench- 4 x 8 - love these really slow and a full stretch
nautilus nitro row- 2 x 12
life fitness seated row- 3 x 10
hyperextensions 3 x 12

good session- all moving the right way

1. You don't even lift.
2. No one is paying me to work out by the hour

I did the first two sets regular about 20 reps and the last 3 heavier but narrow with my feet turned out about 15 reps have a great quad pump. I take probably 5 minutes between sets so maybe a half hour workout. Lots of people spend an hour and a half in the gym putzing around not many do 75 plus reps of squats.

Last I checked Matt started the challenge and I am one of 2 other people with verified lifts on the board. So I would say it is going a lot better for me than you.
