paused bench 205 for 7 last time hit 5 reps

decline bench to chin 90 for 30 reps last time 27 reps

dips 65 added pounds for a triple last time 5 reps, but pussied out on this as it felt a bit unstable and i didn't want to risk injury, did a second set with 35 pounds and got 17 reps last time got 13 reps

bent over pressdown 90 pounds for 8 reps

gonna try a/b workout training eod

The pic was from yesterday and I don't have gyno. I would simply get it removed if I did there are lots of places that do it and I have the funds and the time. I wouldn't just walk around with gyno if I had it, I would get it removed. I am not even taking any anti estrogens or anti progesterone as again I don't have gyno. I have seen Doctors multiple times for my chest pec tear if I had gyno I would have them remove it.

But why does it matter when the pic was taken if I always look like shit? Obviously, it only matters because I look jacked and shredded in the pic. The entire board just admitted I looked jacked and shredded yesterday so thanks for that.

Stance is shoulder width.
Shoes = Adidas squat shoes (just got 'em and love the stable base).
Reps on other exercises are 8-12 w/ some maximizers (rest-pause, etc).

Me lower back cant handle a heavy bar on my shoulders anymore so wticking with low-reps and singles to try to stay in the game if I can..

SQ, DL, Bench = all 5/3/1 type rep ranges...
