My 220lbs is leaner than your 210lbs right now. My midsection looks better than yours did on stage at 200. I am not bulking I am not on androgens. I am dry and lean right now. You want to pretend otherwise have at it. Which is better flexing or relaxing the pec?

First you guys say I have no gains then I have fake watery gains lol. I am happy with where I am at and do feel I can make progress well into my late 40s if I am smart. I do believe this is a very good 220lbs for me 3 months post surgery.
