I had PT early today so I am feeling weaker so I did manage 3 sets of straight arm pulldowns for 5 to 10 reps followed by 3 sets of pulldowns for 5 to 10 reps.
I then did 3 sets of 5 to 7 reps BB curls with the easy curl bar. That's it. I just could not do any more but without me reading this and a couple of other training threads I know I wouldnt have done a workout today. Thank you all.
