it takes about 8 reps for him to be back to where he was, the guy gets it back so fast

I had PT early today so I am feeling weaker so I did manage 3 sets of straight arm pulldowns for 5 to 10 reps followed by 3 sets of pulldowns for 5 to 10 reps.

I then did 3 sets of 5 to 7 reps BB curls with the easy curl bar.   That's it.  I just could not do any more but without me reading this and a couple of other training threads I know I wouldnt have done a workout today. Thank you all.

How fucking stupid are you? You can't walk but did some arm training for PT. Get an elliptical bike and ride it everyday you dumb fuck.
