I work with a guy who takes the toaster in the living room with a loaf and a tub of butter and sits watching TV and eats the whole loaf

omfg thats insane
im good for about 6 pieces per day, would like to scale that to 2, i love bread

Ive eaten the same foods daily for a bajillion years. I just need to drop some carbs
Oatmeal mixed with egg whites and protein powder
EDO--chicken/beef with ramen and vegetables
gluten free [pasta with chicken
heres the problem--i snack a lot and its toast a lot of the time,...i fukn love toast
ive nearly kicked the chocolate, pretty much have
sugar free jello mmmmmmm
about 20 gallons of diet coke and 20  gallons of water per day,...maybe 40  :D :D

anyways, thats how i eat, i dont give a shit if i lose wieght, id just like more energy

Thank you sir, that took me about 110 minutes couldn’t breathe most the time haha. I like to be in gym about 2 hours, sometimes I’m in there for 3 hours though cause I just keep going. If I’m feeling good and the pumps don’t stop I will go for 4 hours on occasion but typically I’m about 2 hours.
