There's really no legit reason to do this exercise.

Plenty of safer ones that will accomplish the same thing.

can't use db's coz my lower body is too weak to swing the weight up into postion :D :D :D

smith machine is basically the same thing

have 2 machine overhead presses but they pretty much suckass >:(
