First day back training. Took 2 weeks off i believe. Dropped from mid 270s to 250 lowered trt from 50mgs every 3.5 days to 44mgs every 3.5 days the first week and now 40mgs every 3.5 days. Eating about 1500-2000 calories a day.

8 setsHoist incline press plate loaded 2 plates per side 60,3 plates 30,4 plates 15,5 plates 7,6,5,4,4

8 setsFace pulls stack 20,18,16,15,13,12,11,10

8 sets db laterals 25s for 20s

8 sets db curls 35,40,45,50,55,60,65,70

8 sets cable overhead stack to 8 sets pushdowns stack.

8 sets cable rear delt.

Also did my workout on 5mg of edible and it felt wonderful. Kept me from getting angry.


Loving the 40mgs of trt every 3.5 days. Much less anxious and restless feeling. Also loving less food, dropping sugar and training felt great.

Hi Tony !  🙋‍♀️

I actually got the 8th rep, but the spotter panicked a little bit and touched my waist, so I’m not counting it.

Things are going well here, my Mom is still visiting with me so that is a lot of fun. We have been running and mountain biking a lot, but mostly hanging out on the patio in our Uggs and drinking coffee with some cakes. I showed her a few photos of Matt Canning and told her that he thinks he is going to sprint race me for money. She just laughed and asked if he is mentally challenged. She’s too polite to call him a lying, deadbeat, retard like I do. I will send you an email when I get some time. We think we would like to come to the UK to see the city called Bath this summer.

My cals have been at the 1900-2100 level with about 210g of protein, split over 4 meals.

Can easily eat at this levels daily without any issue of hunger or lack of enjoyment.

Once I get out of the walking boot though, I may up to 3000 for a month while I try to get back a bit.

What's your day's eating at 2000 look like?

Breakfast 1 cup rolled oats and pint of blue berries 460 calories

Lunch 6 eggwhites 2 yolks, garden salad and 1/4 cup of almonds 540 calories

Dinner chicken,pork or steak with sweet potatoe and some veggies. 800 calories

Cottage cheese cup  170 calories.

Feels good to eat light again, much leas stomach stress and feel much lighter.

Your menu looks more intriguing than mine. Im gonna have to steal your menu here. Also j will say dumping all tge protein shakes makes me feel better as well. I was doing 5-6 a day the low carb ones either atkins or muscle milk and while they tasted good i dont miss them.

That day was a bit protein powder dependent, due to the ice cream - usually only have one shake with two scoops.

One thing that helps is I roast cut up sweet potatOs in the oven on sundays, with a bag of broccoli.  Then, I can just pull that and warm in a pan for 2 min and add any meat or eggs.  Really quick, and it's tastes awesome.

I ordered 60 elk burgers the other day - 22 g  protein, 4g fat, tastes like a hamburger....those are really helpful too since cheeseburgers are probably my favorite food.

Haha I didn’t actually know the English spelling had the e I always thought it was potato but just got up and looked on the bag in the kitchen and indeed it is spelled with an e on the end

I didn’t particularly enjoy it but it had this sweet sauce on it that kind of threw the whole thing off.

It's an acquired taste, at least for the ground elk / elk burger.

I like the pre made ones since they have the same texture as beef.

It's just slightly gamier.
