Breakfast 1 cup rolled oats and pint of blue berries 460 calories

Lunch 6 eggwhites 2 yolks, garden salad and 1/4 cup of almonds 540 calories

Dinner chicken,pork or steak with sweet potatoe and some veggies. 800 calories

Cottage cheese cup  170 calories.

Feels good to eat light again, much leas stomach stress and feel much lighter.

Not alot of food for your high volume output besides a pint of blueberries!

A good way to log what you eat is the free Lose it app. Look for the orange scale. It's simple and amazing how many foods they have in it. For some stuff you might need a food scale but for the majority of food you don't.

It's also very generous with giving you credit for working out. Just don't credit yourself for being alive and what your fitbit told you. Only dedicated lifting, cardio and other exercise should be logged. I find I lose fat quick when I eat around 2500. Then burn about 300-500 plus calories from cardio and a couple hundred from lifting. The app teaches you portion control. No more logging with a pen. Just use your phone. The only thing I think they are too generous with giving credit for is lifting. The cardio is accurate but lifting they give you too much calories. A hard lifting session you will be lucky to burn 300 calories unless you are supersetting, tri setting and using giant sets to be in constant motion.

Yeah i was eating way to much and got way to heavy. So im just coming down for a while and then will add another meal in. I just want to stay between 240-245 which is hard cause the trt and lifting makes me so hungry. My body prefers being 260-270. Also i enjoy getting to a point where i dont think about food to much instead of worrying what i will eat next. The way i see it is the lowest amount of food and trt that keeps me where i like to be looks and strength wise is the best cause i know it doesnt need alot for maintenence.

I wish i could lose on 2500, i barely lose on 2000. To drop as i just did i had to be 1000-1500. Now at 1500-2000 daily hoping to slowly lose another 5-10 but prob wont happen unless i can get back to doing 3 hours of wlaking aday.

I train my neck as I am aging, and don`t want that "turkey neck" look most older people have........so far,so good......plus there are a ton of great reasons to train and have a strong neck.....I have always trained neck for the most part.

Plus my neck is 17.5 inches at 190-192 pounds and Hankys is SUPPOSEDLY 19 inches (my ass), so my neck will appear much thicker than his as he outweighs me by about 30 or more pounds.......someone else do the math.
