I've got my sort of template diet down pat i think. found it hard ot get the food in  but here is roughly it

meal 1- 2 scoops whey, whole milk, 75gm oatmeal

meal 2- 2 x small tins tuna, salad, dressing,

pre workout- red bull type drink

post workout- beef isolate slushie at the gym

meal 3 once home- 200gm mince as a burger, banana

meal 4- 2 chicken. breast, rice, greens

meal 6- whey isolate juice type drink x 2

not dieal but its measurable anda start. done this for a week already and its feeling 'normal ish now!

Nothing wrong with the diet or meal plan, I was asking because my personal preference is that I do not  like to train on a full stomach. I try to time my leg training to begin just as I start to get hungry.

I will typically do 4-6 sets of leg extensions, hamstrings are always done on the same day as quads.

no mate I currently get up at 9 first for at 10, then 1, then train at 4?

Okay, similar for me except I wake up earlier. Nothing to eat after 3:00 PM, workout starting at 5:30, eat again after training, then no food and definitely no caffeine after 8:00 PM.

I always do cardio days on as empty a stomach as possible.

Got out of a walking boot for the first time in 12 weeks.

Need to build lower half back up from an strength and endurance perspective.

Leg actually cramped up on third set of 10 BODYWEIGHT squats.

This will be fun LOL.

Need to build lower half back up from an strength and endurance perspective.

Leg actually cramped up on third set of 10 BODYWEIGHT squats.

This will be fun LOL.

Shoulders:

DB Laterals 6 Drop-Sets to failure
Bent-Over Laterals - 6 x 12-15
Seated DB Press - 1 Drop-Set to failure

Had to train at home again.....I`m just gonna call this a light week as I don`t have a ton of equipment and the atmosphere sucks.


I`m hoping the roads are good so I can hit legs at the gym this week as opposed to here at home.
