Came back for a 2nd workout

Decline press to chin 80 kg for 6 decent str if I get that up to 100 kg for 6 that is strong

Pec deck breakdown city with partials and static holds throughout the set some dude was watching me do this probably was highly impressed I train harder than anyone in this gym but there is one dude who comes real close I must say

Seated D-Bell Curls - 3 sets

Legs were wobbly on the way out, a different kind of session for me.

Dropped the TRT a month back. Back to Natty levels. Even at 125 mg my prostate wasn't having any of it.
Plus the anxious feeling is now gone. Feeling much better w/ out to be honest... (For now)..

How do you know you were having prostate issues did you have high PSA levels or were you just getting up to piss all night long?

This is the issue with older people. Boomers seem to think the harder you work the more hardcore you are and the better results you are going to get. We know that is not actually the case in any aspect of life though. Work smarter not harder.

Jan. 18th. and 19th.


Took off yesterday and today.........got a sore/scratchy throat  and feel like shit............shovelin g snow in 50 MPH winds didn`t help I`m sure.

Back to the gym on Monday even if I have to use a horse drawn sleigh to get there.......training at home sucks for me as I just have basic stuff to use.
