Woke up at 4:30am, had some coffee then rucked 4.5miles w/45lbs through the Bolsa Chica wetlands. As of this morning I'm down 210lbs from 231.

Next went to standing barbell behind neck press and set a goddamn P fucking R hit 6 reps to failure with 135 after blasting the living shit out of my side delts with 3 lateral sets to failure fresh I could got 10 fucking reps previous best ever was a GODDAMN triple with 135 HERE THE FUCK I COME😎😎😎😎😎😎

I’ve been doing more rucks instead being in the gym. I’m rucking 2-3 days and in the gym 2. Just needed a change. G3 tear in my supraspinatus and tendinitis in my right arm. Not going to schedule a surgery because I have no atrophy or weakness, just constant pain management
