Shoulders and arms today

3 sets of 40 to 50 reps of DB Laterals.

3 sets of 4 to 10 reps of one arm DB Laterals.

2 sets of 30 reps of bent over DB Laterals.

5 sets of tricep pushdowns for 20 to 50 reps.

5 sets of BB curls for 20 to 50 reps.

Yup...Tiny weights.  Dammit.  ;D

That must be some burn even with lower weights but I often do 20-25 reps on DB laterals. High reps for calves is torture though.

Today I was using 5 to 15 lbs. for both shoulders and arms.  It gets my heart rate up to around 118 or so and that is something my doctors said I need to do.  It gives me a mild pump but I am not eating many carbs due to being asked to lose more weight.  I never seem to be able to get any real muscularity when I diet but I am doing as they ask.  ;D

I have zero cartilage (I think that's what it's called) in my shoulders so they often grind or dislocate but with light weights and enough reps it really seems to help and gives me the ability to get a greater range of motion without (usually!) dislocating them.  They took X-Rays last week at the doctor and he asked again if I was interested in total shoulder replacement and I said  "No thank you!".    Even with that surgery there is no cushioning in there just artificial joints and he said it will be about 1.5 to 2.5 years recovery per shoulder. 

Same with surgery to try and fix my leg and back.  After seeing what has happened to poor Mr. Coleman I turned that down too and my doctor agreed with me.  I know Ronnie did a lot to himself by trying to lift heavy again but I don't want to risk it.

came back @ 2 and hit delts went up and latss

will go back @ 6 for a third session more delt and lat

Well done, brother!  I do not think my doctors would give me a prescription for Cialis as it would probably knock me for a loop, LOL!  I have heard it can have a dramatic affect on getting a good pump in the gym.

I think I'll ask the cardiologists about giving me a trial.  I am married so there is NO chance it would be for anything other than weight training.  Dammit!  ;D

They say it’s great for the heart. I take the smallest dose and it’s amazing, definitely helping with bp as well. I hear ya on the married part hahaha.

i've decided to up the training volume very very high in order to be in the gym longer to run my game on the sexyass females in thier hotass super tight leggings did this yesterday day to comp a hot hot blonde in shiny black leggings started by "accidently" hittng my delt with her bell while she did side raises and she flashed a smile at me so i comped her on her great results and she said thanks with a sweetie smile, funny thing is is that she is close to a buck 30 @ 5'7ish my usual limit for that hieght is buck 15 TOPS

this upped test is greatly increasing my confidence seems i won't need wingmen at da club

I think you are too lean for this time of year, you should not care so much about bodyfat and try and get a bit of beef on you. It must be hard having a messed up digestive system and a hundred other ailments.
