I complained the other day about some bickering in the "no bullshit - just training" thread and validly received the response asking where my training info was.  As such. I shared it above and will continue on days I remember to in the event that anyone might find it beneficial.

Haha, valid points, fair enough. Weight training for longevity appeals to me more than the competitive scene.
