I am far from affected by anything he says.  I couldn't be more thankful I left bodybuilding behind and train the way I do.  Am I as strong as I was when I was 45?  Fuck no.  Why should I be?  If there wasn't drug testing in these comps...I would most certainly do test and peptides.  Fuck, they even banned bpc-157 a couple of years ago. 

The conditioning I did yesterday....all cardio machines....he would have died.  I am nearly 10yrs older and dont have 10% of the ailments he has.   I have a partial knee replacement and my mobility on my shoulders and knees are fuck loads better.   But hey, at least hes 225 and lean...and can ragdoll tyson

I suffered with tennis elbow pain for a year. I then pinned BPC-157 right into the forearm, closest to the elbow, was cured in 4-weeks.
It works, so FDA wants to grab it...

I think the injectable might be more beneficial than the oral.

I will say that over the last three months, I now no longer feel the slap labrum tear in my right shoulder, and this is with increased bench and shit because I could not train legs.

Maybe it fixed that?

Ah I see - thank you.  I was confused by the fact that the muscle-sparing effects of the drugs - bioidentical or otherwise - would hold the muscle while the Crohn's under-fed his body - leading to his being lean. Preventing wasting...  Seemed obvious really as it's sort of what they were actually designed for...

A bit like a bodybuilder cutting for a show, you might say - essentially starving themselves lean by Crohns dieting while on steroids to hold the muscle.  Surprised Brian's method has been discovered by literally no-one ever before...🤔

Weightlifting, combined with test, andadrol, hgh, and peptides makes you jacked.

Nobody has said you were not carrying low bodyfat.  But the workouts you post and what you post for diet are not conducive to keeping bodyfat that low for most people, so it's likely not that.  You have some weird shit going on that makes easy for you to keep that condition.  And it's likely weird shit that makes you almost go into a coma every time you try to get even leaner for a contest.

To reiterate, I've never criticized your physique.  I just don't find it impressive giving all the context around it.

Which is kind of what everyone who knows anything on any of the other boards we was banned from were saying - this is why he melts down when pushed, becomes abusive and becomes persona non-grata.  While he could gaslight Joe Public, people who know drugs know otherwise

When did I say that? I have been diagnosed multiple times. I have multiple medications I am supposed to take. I even shared my fucking crohns testing on here years ago. Why the fuck would anyone pretend to have crohns? There is nothing cool about IBS, I took a shit at 4:30, 5:20, 5:46 and 6:10 this morning after skipping dinner last night due to stomach pain I also got up a few times prior to 4:30 does that sound cool????

i can't figure out why once i get over 185 in the bench or close-grip bench the weight feels heavy as hell and i have to do a really slow negative to get the feel of the weight

what the fuck ???

when i do behind neck press with 135 weight feels fine ???

I could train quads and hams the same day but would I put as much intensity into both? Would both recover as well?

Im sure it helped, though not nearly as much as injectable. I believe it mainly heals gut issue when taken orally, while also providing some benefit to healing.
Injectible is more systemic, where oral is more isolated to gut health. (According to some studies ive seen)...

Does it have to be pinned at the location or does it work just as well systemically pinning on the belly? Is there evidence that localized injections are the correct way to go because there are a few niggling places I would have to use it. Want to give it a go.
