my foot speed is average but i'm very agile

now that i think about this more i wanna stay in middles

pretty sure they weigh you in at your walking weight

i'm a buck 69 right @ 8%

that's 155.5 ffw and 13.5 pounds of fat

165 @ 5%

that's 156.8 ffw and 8.2 pounds of fat

so i can only afford to gain one more pound of muscle hahahahaha!!!

maybe i should choose light-heavy

light heavy is 176

so... 176 @ 5%

167.2 ffw and 8.8 pounds of fat

so if i hop in there i can gain another 11.5 pounds of muscle

WILL NOT GO OVER THIS LIMIT NO FUCKING WAY

Tried something new for arm training today and it was awesome.

Trx Sled curls for 50’ then back 50’ sled Trx tricep extensions. Then break for 2 min then repeat for 15 cycles. Arms were blown the fuck up.

I just checked my bodyweight after the end of the wo

At the end of a wo I always weigh less than at the beginning

Anyways I've gained 1.5 pounds over the last 2 day and I'm now a buck 70

What's weird is that I have had bigblowrhea ie. Diarrhea over the past 2 days shittting 3 times on they daily
