Got called out by BigRo today he claimed his arms were so much stronger and posted himself hammer curling 30kilo as proof supposedly. Everyone claimed I couldn’t do it. Today wasn't even supposed to be arms but here you go 65lb dumbell hammer curls.

We just curled the same weight you may want to try something heavier next time I still have a lot more in the tank. I have called your 30 kilo you want to win you better go heavier than that. Honestly I don't think your form was that good either a strict curl or a seated curl would be better but you said dumbbells standing so that is what we did. I didn't know we were comparing acoustics you going to tell me I look old and ugly next or are we just comparing curling strength?

I get the other guys have to attack the way I look or sound they can't compete from a strength standpoint but you can (can't you) be better. Take the call and go for 40 kilo next time or have you lost you strength since then? You underestimated my strength not my fault.

also they say 20+ hours per week

if i walk to and fro the gym each day that's one hour so 7 hours taken care of as i train every fucking day but the prob is it's like -15 C here GODDAMN IT

Sunday: recovery day (complete rest or 1 hour @ Zone 1) no in gym cardio this day can walk to and fro if i want

Monday: 1.5-2 hours: VO2max (e.g. session as above, but with extended Zone 2 warm-up and cool down, and optionally more intervals depending on fitness level) can walk home take taxi to

Tuesday: 2.5-3 hours: endurance ride @ Zone 2 walk to and fro and 1.5-2 hours LSD
