Pulled 275 and it was a near max effort

Not bad for having not trained legs AT ALL for over 3 months

Maybe I'll play round bit with it and just hit 315 and stay there

I can hold that str training it just once every 10-14 days

Don't want to thicken and widen my waist but Chum hits her heavy deads and he got a tiny waist

I crunch down and flex my abs from the front. I don't spread the lats in the front poses due to a pec tear. My back looks pretty good from the back.
