but my tris shunk a little from the doc blackely style tri training so now i'm back to volume tris

my lats will make a big move in width now that i will regeliousy do wide-grip weighted pullups

Better then before but you need to start working traps and abs. Also, your arms are bigger and have veins but they don't pop, no bicep peak and tri's kinda flat line.

Arms are my most difficult to show progress. What works best for me is to do a couple of sets bi's after chest and a couple of sets of tri's after back.
Then I do an arm workout on it's own later in the week.

Don't train your abs with weight, sit ups, crunches and other body weight training will tighten your stomach not make it bigger. Think, when you squeeze your stomach to make your abs look better for a pic, Aren't you compressing your stomach?

Traps should be added. You don't have the body type Zane is talking about. Look at his pics, he does traps. It adds to the overall physic look.
And they are not difficult to do. Just add a few sets at the end of your shoulder work. Only needed to be done once a week.

Quads,Hamstrings,Calves:

Leg Press - 5 sets 20,15,12,10,10 (after 2 warmup sets)
Landmine Hack Squats - 4 sets 12 reps (constant weight)
Leg Extensions - 4 sets - 4 sets 20,15,12,10.....dropped weight and did 10 more
Adductor Machine - 2 sets 30,20

Seated Leg Curls 6 sets 20,15,12,10,8,15

Rotary Calf Machine - 6 sets to failure plus stretching after each set

Good one my legs are hobbled!!   :P

Guess hanging leg raises are good Zane did a ton of Roman chair sit-ups

I just added dB upright rows to my shoulder work and I pull the bells above shoulder level so thats hitting the traps somewhat

First pic shows you have a tiny bit of shoulder and chest muscle second pic you just look sickly. No idea why you think you are going to lose 2 inches off your waist from that. You have no ab development get some muscle there and your core will look strong vs just small. But yeah you look soft and soggy like thin but no not shredded veins in arms but still kind of that loose old man skin look to the rest of your body. You look like a natural 150lb 52 year old man who doesn't eat and does pushups at home. My obliques are tighter than yours and I am 50lbs heavier
