Since I'll be training each muscle just once every 5 days I can put some decent volume on it

I've got another abscess on my other fucking leg and I'm hoping it just goes the fuck away but I don't think it will so that f it doesn't improve by Monday I'll go back in and get this one drained

There's no pain in it and I can walk and cycle freely with no pain the other one had lots of pain and I was hobbling round on it til I got it drained

Strange thing is I don't remember pinning where it is as it is way up high on the quad

Seems if I pin up high there could be trouble so I gotta pin lower down the quad

If this one needs to be drained I'll be out of commission of leg training for another fucking 6-10 week

Guess I'm just made to only have pecs delts lats and arms 😂😂😂😂

can´t beat the basics with free weights. I love one arm DB rows for lats.
No machine gives me the same feeling

Really light mate as only just added them in used a straight bar and 5 and change on each side 35kg total slow and strict few seconds pause on forehead going to take it easy and build slow right elbow giving gyp at minute not training related just off swinging a hammer day in day out at work all the west and tear shows up in winter then goes away in warmer weather haha strangely the elbow hurts more on curling movements that extensions/pressing
