In Las Vegas, officers respond to a call about a violent domestic disturbance where a female is screaming and waving around a gun. When a hostage mediator and officers arrive on the scene, a beanbag gun is used to diffuse the situation. In Cleveland, OH, officers respond to a domestic dispute, and an officer in Sacramento, CA, pulls over a suspected stolen vehicle.

Unfortunately,I have to view almost identical images on a daily basis in my local west palm beach newspaper. I can honestly say that a day does not go buy I don't see a similar looking person that has committed a robbery, stolen a car, murdered someon over "their turf" or because "dey was dissed." Luckily I live in an area where these types don't frequent but I do feel bad for the decent people that have to live in the vicinity of them.

explains why african students come to the usa, excel in academics, get advanced degrees and can usually speak several language...given they tend to be the blackest of the black. next dumb comment...turd?

I think what you just wrote only applies to Philip Emeagwali. He is the only case I can think of a brilliant charcoal black who came to the U.S and made it big. Most charcoal blacks are as dumb as vice. For evey black that graduates from even high school, there are a dozen in jail for homicide. As for college graduates, blacks who graduate from college are rarer than whites who earn PhDs: around 2%.
