I know I'll get crap from some of the fellows on Getbig, but I am going to devote the next 4 months to natural bodybuilding. My plan of attack is a moderate volume split routine hitting each muscle group twice a week. Diet will be high protein, moderate low glycemic index carbs, healthy fats. Supplementation will consist of whey protein shakes, creatine, and a testosterone booster. Any constructive input will be welcomed. Let's hope I can get big and shredded by summer.
you dont really need to change much at all. just cut back on the number of sessions per week. you'll be amazed how much muscle and condition you can keep and even get back after u lose some at first.
but u have to be much stricter on rest and food. i used to spend more than 6 months a year clean. by the end of it, virtually in as good a shape as when i'd finished a course.
never could understand those guys who went to nothing when they went off... sure, the first few weeks are tough...but lots of it comes back, a few times i'd end up exceeding where id left off.
