Todays early gut busting workout:

Squats: 5x40 pounds, 4x50 pounds (felt too heavy, form was off), then 8x40 pounds (better form, slower negatives)
Leg extensions: 10x10 pounds, 5x10 pounds (Debusseys energy started fading)

Deadlifts: 5 x 60 pounds (new record!!), 5 x 60 pounds, 15 x 45 pounds (felt like it was time to burn it out and stimulate the hypertrophy with more time under tension. Can't grow if the muscles can't work)

Sit ups: 5 sets for a total of 34 reps.

All in all a good workout. A new PR on deadlifts, and due to the many reps on some of the sets, the muscle fibers got stimulation to grow.

Be careful upping the poundages buddy,  you might pull a muscle.  Congrats on the PR.

Todays chest workout was brutal.

Bench: 40 pounds x 5 reps, 3 sets. The last rep on the third set was a forced rep, the spotter did help.
Incline dumbell presses: 15 pound dumbells x 3 reps, 1 set. That one was too heavy!
Fly machine: 1 plate x 10 reps: Had to get that burn in the muscle to facilitate growth.

20 situps.

careful with hopping into the heavy sets on the incline, mang. you don't want to pop a rotator cuff.

Todays training:

Cardio: Walked home from McDonalds: 15 minutes of walking.

Fighting: Tried a punching bag while visiting a friend. Did not go well, hit the first punch wrong and hurt Debusseys wrist bad.

Tomorrow: Back and biceps. Stay tuned (if the wrist holds up).

Back training went pretty good.

Pulldowns: 3 sets, 30 poundsx10 reps w/straps (can't hold the weight without them)
Row machine: 1 plate x 10 reps.
Back flyes: 5 pound dumbells x 8 reps (was totally thrashed afterwards)

Then, biceps. The wrist was fucked up from yesterdays punching bag session, so Debussey went for more reps to avoid further injury to the wrist:

Dumbell curls: 5 pound dumbells x 15 reps. New record!!!

After that, Debussey had a soda.

Post workout insulin spike will really boost your gains!! Remember to consume post workout whey isolate RIGHT after training so the protein goes straight to the muscle as quickly as posible.

The first protein after the workout today came in the form of a hamburger at McDonalds a few hours later. Got to love a bigMac. After such a hard workout, Debussey had to replenish the calories lost during the workout.

palumbo once said the mcd's hamburger and soda has everything the body needs: lots of protein, saturated fats, and carbs.

Todays arms, back, chest and shoulders workout:

Chins: Did one repetition with two spotters helping lifting up Debussey on the positive part of the repetition. Unfortunately, Debussey went down so fast on the negative that Debussey lost its grip and fell down on the floor.

After the chins, Debussey did the pulldowns: 1 plate x 10 reps, 2 second negatives. The ass hurt quite a bit after the fall on the chins.

Then Debussey did triceps, 1 set of french press: the ez bar itself. Managed 5 ok reps.

Then shoulders and biceps: Debussey did a combination exercise to save time: curled up 5 pound dumbells and shoulder pressed them. 5 pound dumbells x 10 reps.

Then bench press: The bar (40 pounds!!) x 4 reps.

A very good workout except for the fall on the chins. The tailbone still hurts a bit, but good pump.

Rapport from the recent back training:

Walked to the gym.

Then, due to the freak accident on chins the last time (the tailbone = still somewhat numb), Debussey did pulldowns. 2 plates x 4 reps, for 2 sets!! That = a new record, Debussey was so pleased that it shouted HELL YEAH in an uncontrollable fashion. Unfortunately, this released an uncontrollable spitball that hit a female member of the gym between the left eye and the nose. Due to the slime content in this deep throat gooish sign of happiness, she had to go to the bathroom to clean her eye. She was very emberassed and has not been seen in the gym since then. Debussey did not think much about this afterwards, but the slimeball split in 2 and the smallest part fell down on Debusseys sweatshirt, and Debussey had to clean it off. That inhibited the brutal intensity Debussey = known for in the gym.

The dumbell row: Went for ROM this time: 7 pound dumbells x 8 reps. The last 2 reps, the grip was failing, so Debussey = will be using straps next time to prevent biceps involvement and grip failure, for maximum back development.

After these 2 exercises, Debussey felt like doing some ab work. 5 situps.

Then, biceps. Barbell curls. Debussey tried the bar: 45 pounds. Not a single chance to even move it. So Debussey went for the dumbell curls. 3 pounds x 15 reps!!! A serious burn in the muscle there, the GH release had to be enormous due to the lactic acid buildup. Debussey will be enjoying the fat burning benefits of this surge of GH the next few weeks.

Then, Debussey went for the last biceps exercise: Deadlifts. Debussey managed to do the bar (45 pounds) for 5 reps!! The biceps = so pumped, this is the best biceps exercise ever.

To finish off the biceps and back workout for that last burnout, Debussey did some shadow boxing. (after the boxing bag incident, debussey does not dare hit on a bag).

Then Debussey went to the store and bought a Snikers bar, before walking home. The carbs in the Snikers bar felt good.

Logs from 2 brutal workouts:

Workout 1:

Cable biceps curl: 1 plate x 10 reps, 2 sets. The wrists stopped working before the biceps went out on both sets.

Push-ups: 1,5 push up. Then Debussey tried to do one push up on the knuckles. That did not work out well.

Workout 2:

Squats: 55 pounds x 6 reps. NEW RECORD!!!!!

Leg press: No weights x 5 reps. That was so heavy that Debussey shouted out loud on the last rep, alarming the entire gym of the brutal humanoid power in their presence.

Workout 3: Coming up.

Debussey was so pleased after the new record on squats that it bought itself a bag of chips after the workout to amp up its levels of intracellular triglycerides for maximum pump and protein synthesis.

Did 50 minutes of BRUTAL walking on the treadmill today to burn fat. 400 calories burned. To replenish the lost calories, Debussey went to McDonalds and ate 2000+ calories.

bench press: 50 pounds x 2!!! YES DAMMIT!

Push ups on knuckles: Did not manage 1.


Shoulder press: 10 pound dumbells x 2. Smacked the left dumbell in Debusseys head, that hurt.

New workout in the gym:

Today Debussey wore the spandex from the 80s in the gym to show solidarity with Mike Christian.

With "Go west" running on full volume on the mp3 player, brutal fantasies about becoming as hot as Mike O'Sperm in the minds eye, and fantasies about becoming faggerSpermer Haiders friend, Debussey was set for a great workout.

Debussey did some hefty warmups to get the heart rate up and running first. The theme of today was 80s disco dancing. Great warmup work for the stabilizing muscles and for elevating the general body temperature. When the spandex were soaked, Debussey went on to the weights.

The Go West's "call me" started, and Debussey got aggressive and hit the weights. Since Faggers exercise of choice = front squats, Debussey started with deadlifts to remain humble. Not that bad, 30 pounds x 5 reps, 2 sets. -> The intensity was brutal, Mike O'Sperm's brutal abs was ETCHED in Debusseys minds eye. DEBUSSEY will GET IN SHAPE.

Then it was standing behind the neck press in the smith machine. The machine x 1. That fucking machine was way to heavy. Debussey also got a problem with the back, so it went on to 5 pound dumbell shoulder presses. GREAT triceps pump and some brutal farting at the last rep, almost like a jet engine. The dumbells jet engined up at that 10th rep! Brutal triceps. MZBZZb


Then some situps.

After that, Debussey went to the store and bought some microwaveable popCorn. Great with some fast carbs post workout. 

Debussey = looking forward to getting back into shape :o

Debussey managed to bench press 60 pounds the other day!!!!!! The goal is now to get it up to 65 in 3 months!!!!

Since the bar is to heavy to do speed benches with, Debussey did it with a bambus stick today weighting 1 kg.

9 sets of speed bench.

Then 3 sets of barbell shoulder presses with the bambus stick.

Brutal squat and deadlift heavy day.

Debussey does the westside style here as well.

Today:

Squats: 30 pounds x 3 reps. THen 40 pounds x 1 rep.

Deadlifts: the bar x 4. Then 60 fucking pounds x 1. YEAH!

Donkey calf raises: with nobody on x 4.

Situps.

Holy shit, walking up a stair was difficult after this workout, the legs felt like they were going to explode.

Debussey's strength has recently deteriorated to the point that walking has become difficult. This has necessitated the usage of a wheelchair and some assistance from Duck (Debussey's nurse) for transportation to the gym.

Remember:
You’ll need to slowly and gradually work your way back up to where you were.

Don’t just go in there thinking you’re gonna start right back with the bamboo sticks FFS. That's a good way to invite injury.

May consider starting with unilateral training using toilet paper rolls for the first 3 weeks adding several layers every workout thereafter, eventually working your way up to the double-ply by week 12.

After this kind and useful advice, Debussey took a massive shitter at the gym bathroom upon arrival. This visit used up all the toilet paper in the bathroom at the gym, and Debussey now had proper lifting equipment without being unethical in acquiring these means of physique enhancement.

Biceps curl: toilet paper cardboard w/o any added paper: 10x3

Pulldown: Tried no weight, but it tended to drag Debussey out of the seated position and up. Abandoned.

Walking: Debussey managed to walk on its own (not wheelchair) between sets.

Post lifting cardio: Duck wanted so to some kickboxing sparring with Debussey. At 215 pounds she outweighs Debussey by 135 pounds and Debussey refused to be frightened by a girl.
First Duck blocked Debussey's jab and Bear hugged Debussey before a brutal slam -> ouch. On the ground she spit in Debussey's face. Fucking bitch.

Then she did a right straight and left hook combo right in Debussey's jaw. -> Debussey just woke up. Debussey supposedly went out and shouted + spasmed uncontrollably after the knockout. Duck lifted the KO'd Debussey into the wheelchair and drove it home. The gym people said that Debussey looked like a retarded vegetable at that point with no body control and KO'd shouting while being "out but with open eyes".

I have been doing many exercises with special negative kg weights; you press a button and get negative weights. I did -1000kg deadlifts the other day.

Arsehole rectum training part #1.

To improve its shitability, Debussey has decided to train its arse very hard.

The main training will be to pump turpentine into the ass, then make the shit in there mix with the organic solvent, then lit a match in front of the arse before shitting out all the solvent/shit soup in an instant (it makes a good dinner btw).

To ensure that maximum shit volume is obtained, Debussey supplements its efforts with laxatives to facilitate the shaiting.

Debussey wears eyeliner while doing this.


Rapport from shitting practice:

00:00: Debussey ingests a heroic dose of laxatives.

01:00: Debussey's arse starts making noises. Something wants to get out.

01:30: Debussey is struggling to hold in the emerging shit river, but wants to attain maximum shit volume.

01:45: Turpentine is added to the mixture by taking the tip of the turpentine bottle into the arse and squeezing the turpentine bottle so that the arsehole fills up with this organic solvent.

01:53: The  pressure inside the arse is getting humongous! Debussey positions itself on the toilet in the "birth position" with a lit match 5 cm below its arsehole.-

01:55: KABOOOOOOOOM! The shit POURS put uncontrollably. The fire project fails as the soup just falls on the match and takes the flame out instead of creating a firestorm. The result is just a flammable shit soup on the floor. Very dissappointing.

01:58: To quench its thirst for anal joys, Debussey starts stuffing things up its arse. After this was done, Debussey went over to Duck and asked for some porridge. Duck was unfortunately in a bizarre mood and decided to cook soup of Debussey instead. When the water was getting almost too hot for DEbussey, Dong Dildo Cocksuker, the main doctor in the mental asylum stopped Duck  and saved Debussey before it became too late. Duck was reprimanded, while Debussey was crying on the floor. What a terrible start on the rectum training project!

After this, Debussey decided to do some standing shoulder press with dumbells to beef up before going to McDonalds to get a big tasty burger. Unfortunately, the laxatives were still in action and Debussey's rectum sensitivity was busted + shit controlling mechanism = even more busted, and during the shoulder press exercise in the gym, the back of Debussey's pants grew by several cubic inches and 5 seconds later, brown shit soup with an organic solvent smell to it was running down the inside of the  leg portion of the pants.

Debussey ran out of the gym and could not go to McDonalds due to the smell.

This will continue. New adventures of rectum training and shitsouop solvent fire projects and weaponization of the arse hole via flame thrower capabilities = coming.

no, he was joking. There used to be a guy on the board, I think by the name of 'Soundness' who was an advocate of piss drinking. Debussey was probably joking about piss drinking because of that.
