If he were a lifetime natural he would still look good just using the pushups etc....and NORMAL food rations that he gets along with the 10 hrs of daily sleep.

Look at the picture of him in pumping iron, when they both talk about coming to america. It shows photographs of them together, i think its just after the part where they feature franco's interview. Arnie & Franco are both wearing neckless, and you can see columbu's arm. Just look for yourself, his arms a tiny there, and Arnolds neck and chest look sunken. Good point. But 1.5 or 2 years of clean training and the opposite would almost certainly be true.
Twin B would have far greater health, too, and he wouldn't have nearly the trouble producing his own test.

Instead of debating these archaic ways of making muscle we should be pooling our resources and campaigning the great scientists of our day to discover a way to make these muscle gains permanent (which will also help people with muscle wasting diseases.)

I disagree. I know people who have used steroids and are far from insecure. Just because everyone insecure person who wants to get big may use steroids, doesn't mean the inverse is true, that every person who uses is automatically insecure.
They're not stupid - they just have slightly different values system. Would you rather live 60 years as King of the World, and be Ronnie Coleman? Or would you rather live 80 years as Joe Lunchbox and be a clean nobody?
True, when you get to 60, you're probably going to envy Joe Lunchbox and his statistical advantage for living longer. But damn, you sure did look good, feel strong, and have fun for those 60 years. So I don't fault anyone - they know the price and they take the risk. hell, if I knew the world would end in exactly 10 or 15 years, I'd be standing next to jay at the hgh/text/igf clinic ;)

After one year, sure, but what about after three or five years? Also, I should say that any gains from steroids above and beyond your natural max will not be kept, and that is not particularly high for most people.
Aren't people who use steroids able to achieve muscular size which would not be attainable clean?
And when you come back from a break, your body reaches a percentage of your previously held level pretty quickly. If that previously held level was at 100%, and you can reach 80% when you would have only been at 60% as a natty, then it works.
We'll never prove it either way, but I bet a lot of the PTers here could share insight.

Bertil fox kept a little bit of his gains in jail, but it wasn't enough, so today bertil look like...well..just imagine after almost ten years in prison how much of 265lbs of solid, chemically enhanced muscle you would keep. The true eveidence is to see those has-been from the 90's and see how they look today. Chris Cormier stopped training for a while because he was in hospital, and you could see how a few weeks without training can affect those guys.

I'm sure stress has taken it's toll as well however don't forget the obvious. His defense team doesn't want him sitting there like the atypical roid raging killer that the prosecution will portray him as. It's not in his best interest to be big.

if craig were not facing these charges and was out of jail had access to any kind of food he wanted and a proper gym I bet he could have kept a good deal of gains if he stopped the juice. also you can keep a good deal of gains if yopu nail down a good pct and use some IGf-1 and a few other peptides during PCT and off cycle you can keep a good deal of gains givcen your diet stays on track and you continue training..

What did you expect? He hasn't touched a weight in two years. Granted when off a cycle you wil lose some gains depending if you tapper off properly and if you use a PCT. You will still be bigger and way better looking then your average Joe Public or so-called "clean and drug free guy" that hits the gym everyday.

What type on Concrete Evidence do you expect to get. This is an opinions board, Even if you post something as fact someone will call BS. Much like most of your threads.
Before Gas I was 165lbs and I was training since HS football and wrestling, maintained the same weight throughout my stint in the marines. Started hitting the sauce and the weight shot up to 235. Been off for a year at least, and my body won't go below 208. I don't know I've kept alot of muscle.
BTW...you look puffy in your "fat pics". Looks like the old test bloat to me.

DBalln is right. That muscle has integrity and will last. Not every bit, but plenty does. And the more there is there to start with, the longer to lose it. Heavy power lifting w/ low reps seem to build more permanent
meat regardless of Nat or enhanced.

Your natural testosterone levels will dictate how much of the steroid mass gains you will keep. If you used steroids to reach your natural genetic max potential, then you will keep 100% of your steroid gains assuming you train and eat accordingly.
It's only gains beyond your genetic maximum that you will lose after stopping steroids.
There's also the problem of lowering your natural testosterone levels due to years of steroid abuse negatively affecting your hormonal system. Two steps forward, three steps back.

Yes quite easily done. Stop a big load of test cold; and a few weeks down the road you could end up lighter & higher body fat than you started.
That said, seems what Ive seen is 1st cycle gains allmost allways best, and guys are able to keep a high % of the gains from it.

First cycle - Gained 21lbs Kept 16lbs (12 week Test, Deca, Winny, Dbol)
- then off for 2 years -
Second cycle - Gained 10lbs Kept 8lbs (8 week Deca, Test, Dbol)

You can work out, diet to your hearts content and never duplicate the same results as if you added even a
moderate amt of AAS. Silly to claim otherwise. There is a very minute percentage of guys that can get massive
steroid like riped look naturally, and, if you juice them THEY WILL GET EVEN MORE OBCEENE LOOKING!

Well, if they do, they are going to break down w/ overtraining FAST.
Hey, If you like to train Natural, great, I'm glad for you- But you'd gain a lot more with some AAS. Claiming otherwise is silly.

THere's no free ride, you need maintain beef built w/ dope by eating and exercise. Right when you stop juicing is the most critical. Keep it for awhile and after that it gets easier to maintain. But it's all very individual. Look at Kevin.
Kevin will prolly live longer not carrying all that BW IMO. But you are on track that HGH dont cause the recovery problems of Nat testo that the aromatizing steroids do. It also aint all that effective by itself (HGH).
