Sage Stallone Dead: Sylvester Stallone's Son Dies At 36
Sage Stallone, son of actor Sylvester Stallone, has been found dead, The New York Post and TMZ report.
The junior Stallone was reportedly found at home in Los Angeles. TMZ reports that his father is, understandably, extremely distraught. The Post spoke with Sage Moonblood Stallone's attorney, who said the death came as a complete shock.
"He was in good spirits, and working on all kinds of projects,” George Braunstein told the paper. “He was planning on getting married. I am just devastated. He was an extremely wonderful, loving guy. This is a tragedy.”
The Post reports that his mother, Sasha Czack, had also been notified of her son's passing. Stallone made his acting debut alongside his father in "Rocky V." He went on to act in a number of films, most recently in "Promises Written in Water" in 2010 (he also appeared in "The Agent," a short, and in a television documentary episode on the Rocky films).
Sylvester Stallone was in San Diego Thursday to promote "Expendables 2," his new film with Arnold Schwarzenegger. The actors spoke on a panel in Hall H at Comic-Con.

The son of Sylvester Stallone has been found dead in his Hollwood home.
Sage Moonblood Stallone, 36, was found dead this afternoon at an apartment, his attorney confirmed to The New York Post. And sources tell Page Six Sage Stallone is believed to have died following an overdose of pills.
The source said pills were found at his home, but it was unclear if his death was a suicide or accidental.
The LAPD said the case has been referred to the coroner.
Sage’s attorney George Braunstein said Sage was found a couple hours ago in his home. He told The Post: “I have just gotten a report that he was found dead at his home.”
“He was in good spirits, and working on all kinds of projects,” said Braunstein. “He was planning on getting married. I am just devastated. He was an extremely wonderful, loving guy. This is a tragedy.”
He added he did not know if Sylvester had yet been informed but Sage’s mother Sasha Czack had been told.
A rep for the LAPD confirmed that Sage Stallone was found dead alone in his home.
"There is no suspicion of foul play or criminal activity", the rep said, adding that police went to the home for a “welfare check,” when someone couldn’t get in touch with Stallone and asked the police to investigate.
Sage made his acting debut alongside his father in 1990s Rocky V. He then moved into directing and producing.
Sylvester had been at Comic Con in San Diego this week promoting Lionsgate’s “The Expendables 2” with Arnold Schwarzenegger and Dolph Lundgren.
A rep for Sly Stallone didn’t immediately comment, Lionsgate referred all questions to Sly Stallone’s camp.

Feeling you have to be as good as your old man, or at least try, and those that cannot compare, become let down and the feeling ofbelieving that you are disappointment etc.

We're told there were two drawers filled with various pill bottles, some of which were "huge."
Our sources say Sage was living like a hermit ... no one had spoken with him since a week ago Friday. Although the housekeeper had been there earlier this week, she had specific ongoing instructions never to enter Sage's room. In fact, we're told the housekeeper was told to never even knock at the door.
One law enforcement source called the room "disgusting," saying it reeked of various smells.
We're told Sage's mother called the housekeeper yesterday after being unable to reach him, asking her to stop by and check on him. That's when she discovered the body.

We've learned famed P.I. Scott Ross -- who was the lead investigator in the Michael Jackson molestation case and the Chris Brown/Rihanna battery case -- met Tuesday at Stallone's home with Sly, his brother Frank, and an official from the L.A. County Coroner's Office. Sources tell us they discussed Sage Stallone's death and the status of the investigation.
We're told Sly wants Ross to figure out what happened to his son -- and he's not ruling out foul play, even though he has no evidence of that. Sly also wants to know about Sage's final weeks ... whether he was using drugs or consuming alcohol. The actor also wants to know what, if anything, was troubling his son.
Ross has a long history working for the Stallone family ... we're told Sly wants someone he knows and trusts to provide him with answers about his son's death.

You can tell it's a pretty simple situation. Stallone expected his kid to be something special, just because it's his kid. He fails to realize his fame, and lack of parenting has fucked up his kid, and expects his money to solve his kids problems.

Our sources say authorities did not find a single Hydrocodone tablet in Sage's house. Yet, as we previously reported, they found more than 60 gigantic empty prescription bottles -- the kind stocked by pharmacists to fill consumer scripts. Each bottle holds a minimum of 500 pills, so Sage probably had more than 30,000 pills, but they were all gone.
We're told LAPD detectives and L.A. County Coroner investigators are going to try and trace some of the bottles using batch numbers and serial numbers, but one well-placed source believes there's a "strong likelihood" the pills were shipped from another country.
