I think that Adonis's low bf levels are very commendable. I have heard that it's easy for some to stay at a relativley low bf level year around. Not it my case though. I think Adonis looks just right at the bf levels in the pics that were posted. Maybe just a tad to lean in his Mr.Getbig pics. I am sure he has filled out more since then. But overcutting gives a stringy and of course flat look, especially a natural.
