I sometimes look at Palumbos Q & A but not often. I just scroll and see his responses only. It's too sweet over there. That forum reminds me of a big pink fluffy pillow with bows and lace on it -vs- the death, destruction, famine and ultra-violence this board reminds me of.

I went to MD forums for first time in months yesterday and saw that Shawn Ray was actually starting genuine, conversational threads (ie "Who do you think would be most affected by drug testing in 2008").

If I had written "Shawn Ray and Lee Priest's importance to this board has vastly diminished to the point where they are rarely mentioned or referred to with respect to the level at which they were when they were members" perhaps you would attempting to piggyback someone else in a thread ::)

it would nice to find out shawn's gimmick. there is no way in hell shawna would stay away from getbig. this board is his breath of life, even if he's making more at wherever the fcuk he's now. I'd say shawn has a couple gimmicks.

Truth be told, Shawn never gave out any info or advice or discussed gear usage on GETBIG. EVER. 99% of his posts were attacks on LEE, KAMALI, MILOS, or ONLYME and the remaining 1% were to promote himself and horrendous videos like Fitness After 40. Don't get me wrong, Shawn has a ton of knowledge. He just chooses not to share it with anyone.
Lee, on the other hand, is a die-hard lifter and under a different name would have fit in perfectly at Getbig. He openly discussed gear and usage, regardless of whether people believed him or not. He was always willing to help people out and answer PMs. Sadly, stalkers ruining every thread of his and obsessing about him chased him off. He'll be back though.
