Believe it or not there are prolly a LOT of guys on here that can press 160s....I can incline press 130s for 7 and flat 140s for 8. I am not even a "bigger" bodybuilder either and just a hair under 5'10" What the hell does pressing 160s have to do with him being a bad ass you idiot..

Some people have families (children). Maybe they are home with their families. OR some people have REAL jobs and not some shitty website. A lot of people work hard all week and relax on the weekends. Or the people with REAL jobs may have to bring work with them on the weekends.

with straps i can row 160s for about 5 on a good night if i lift at night and have few carbs in my system....in the am it's usually 150s for 5-6 reps..my back sucks though always has
