p.s. that coach has 15 years of boxing experience and he spars with polish pros, so yeah dont think a guy with 2 months experince is gonna be able to do much against a near pro fighter lulz
anyways, if amyone of you shit takers wanna come one over for a spar, give me a shout as i will be very happy to arramge it very happy indeed 😜

fumny thing is my punching power and technique is down since jumping back on the gear and doing bodybuilding training

only thing that sucks is that running gear and doing bb training really fucks up my punching technique and my stamina

Those are the choices you have to make though, either focus on bb, or the boxing.
Boxing is something you will have with you for the rest of your life though, the adoring stares will be gone as you grow older and lose the physique and that luster.

got frustrated with bb and i always loved boxing, so i thought id give it a go (yep i know im "too old" to turn pro or something just wanted to pick up a new hobby) but got shocked when i actually have good punchinh power and that i can also take shots, no glass chin here 😎

also, i never felt more alive than when i sparred kind of an incredible feeling actually

If you were sparring someone experienced ,he went easy on you ,I know for a fact that your defense sucks ,it takes hours in the gym and years to develop a decent defense, you are not a boxer ,you have no idea what a hard punch feels like ,you've never been in a boxing ring with someone that wants to take your head off your shoulders.
This 14 years old would knock you the fuck out under 2 minutes and that's a fact.
