Topically, castor oil works excellent for reducing inflammation and promoting circulation, especially with a bit of heat added over it.

This. With all he chemicals Getbiggers put in to their bodies they should give it a try , 5 days in a row with a heating Pad and a towel for about an hour each session,the hotter the better

I think you'd have to ingest it for that to happen. But who knows, maybe absorbing caster oil through your skin would have the same effect. Would one of you give it a try and report back to Getbig? Thanks
