I want to thank you two, without the knowledge you've shared, many of us would be living a dreadful dieting nightmare.
I'm working (if I can call it that) at getting lean again. I'm eating the way a decent human being should eat. I'm as strong and muscular as ever, no plain chicken breasts or brown rice for me, and the fat is just falling off.
