i think johnnie looks smaller since working with milos, i guess those monster 20lbs dumbell curl supersets arn't working. who knew  ???

It's never looked like Branch has used synthol before in his bis,

but why does his bi look so lumpy?  Did he injure it?

Yeah, he tore that bicep as an amateur. It's since had a bump in it.
