There is no better preworkout drink than coffee.  I'm telling you, take my word for it.

A pre-workout supp should buffer acidity though....coffee alone will do the opposite.

I love coffee as well, but there's better options out there.

Do you remember Hedgehog talking about supplementing with Baking Soda.  He said it was a big deal.

X2, made of fresh beans!
PW-drinks give great boost & pump in the first 1-2 weeks, and after that they only give me a light hyper feeling, even with just a half-scoop :-\

try vodka with some gasoline before workout.

or eat 4 banenas for the pump ::)

i walked up to the bench press yesterday to find some skinny sluts benching 40 kg.  i decided to flex my serratus muscles in my mesh tank top as I asked if I could work in.  wet stain instantly filled their panties and outlined showed through, telling me their animalistic instincts took over.

as i did impressed these sluts by doing double as many reps at 40 kg as they could (around 40 reps to deplete glycogen in muscles), they both took their pants off and say on my face and cock simultaneously and i did decide to give them some pleasure there in the gym.
