I'm not a fan of Dusty's structure, but he has made improvements.

That photo of Dusty must be 5 years old.... he hasn't improved, to say the least

Every bodybuilder that looks like shit regardless of all the drugs tries to compensate by coming up with profound training methods which make no difference. Jo Meadows is just 100% drug dependent faggit.
