I have a gluten allergy and have just bought some millet , i love oatmeal ya see so this is as close as I can get to it
Seems to do the job flavour wise and to calm my oatmeal cravings :)
Anyways is Millet suitable for bodybuilding and is it low GI etc
Have done my reasearch just wanted to see if any conflicting views or others that use it.

its one of the few starchy carbs people with candida infections can ingest too.
