Great question! Looking at my iTunes library, the songs I've listened to the most are, in order:

Lady in My Life (Thriller) 167
Threatened (Invincible) 127
She Drives Me Wild (Dangerous) 114
Off the Wall (Off the Wall) 97
Tabloid Junkie (History) 93

All of which is funny because if I had to name my favorite MJ songs off the top of my head I don't think I would have chosen any one of those. This list can be misleading though because I think I used to play the Dangerous CD a lot the first year I owned it and that was way before iTunes. Ditto for Thriller.

Anyhow, like I always say, "don't listen to what people say, listen to what they do." I guess Lady in My Life is the one.

I said the same thing when I thought of this question but, IMO Billie Jean isn't just MJ's best song, it's one of the top 3 or 4 songs ever.

I didn't like Dirty Diana initially but it has really grown on me over the years. I love it now! The same is true for the entire Invisible CD. When I first bought it (btw, that is the last CD I ever bought) I thought it was pretty weak, but the songs have really grown on me over the past 8 years.

MJ was supposed to have been working on a new/final CD. to be released in conjunction with his tour next month. I wonder if any of those songs were completed and if they will be released. Anyone know?

I'd buy it.

Michael's tribute to Sammy Davis Jr. "You Were There!" I remember watching this on TV at the time; it was so moving. Sammy died shortly thereafter.
