weighted chins 60lbs 5 sets Then tried a heavier one at 100lbs v easy. Vid below
Deadlifts 320lbs 3x5 very slow and light. tring to rehabilitate back
weighted pull ups 5 8 sets only with 10lbs
barbell rows 5 sets 180lbs
cable rows 3 sets

No idea the reps or weight just pumped...kinda got bored then stoped.
Today was a weird day i had a sharpish feeling in my tricep when doing barbell rows etc maybe just a trapped nerve so cant complain too much. Not too pumped as today was fairly light etc.

seond is a warm up for dead...so i can moan about my height look how low the bar is lol
