I really don`t know where I fall...I have been as high as 247 lbs before.  Heavy eating though and lots of fat. LOTS of it.

I`m under no delusion like most are when they weigh that much.

I'm confused because the last time you posted a pic of your wrists, they looked like this...smaller than 6.5" I'd say! 

BF calipers also measure length.  the length the calippers are seperated by a skin fold.

At what stage of the diet did you realise did you realise how much you would need to cut to get in contest shape?

And what was that realisation like?

TA, I also have very small wrists and ankles, and waist for that matter, but the thing that counts in Bodybuilding is having narrow hips to go along with the small waist, like Flex Wheeler, Haney, or the extreme Brian Buchanan. I am not sure you fall into this catagory? When is this Getbig contest anyway?

Hips are Very narrow as well.

I knew from day one how much I had to lose.  I have dropped a TON of fat.  A ridiculous amount actually...All with ZERO cardio.

MY power to weight ratio is VERY good now and am happy with how I look.  I wanted one last bulk up,(last July to March) just to confirm if indeed it was worthwhile to do....It IS NOT!

So anyone thinking of bulking up, DO NOT DO IT. I have done it for years and its just stupid......Point is everyone is around30-50 percent bodyfat even though they go to the gym everyday...They Simply DO NOT realize it.

It's hilarious that Adonis actually believes a natural cannot weigh a ripped 200 lb. Football teams are full of guys who are a lot heavier than that and are still very lean. Reggie Bush is ripped at 200 lb, and he probably doesn't even train very much. There are a million naturals competing at 200 lb or higher. Layne Norton is one of the most obvious examples.
