in "Pump's" defense it is tough to fit cardio in with so many hair salon appointments and semen swallowing contests to attend to

Gymnast has better delts, better biceps, better overall separation and details.

Putnam has the better V-Taper (the first time his back can strike ;D).

every once in a while gymnasts threads come up and their physqiues are incredible.

The biceps all seem to have huge peaks!

All the the gymnasts do are chins and dips = mass.

Dips with chin down works chest - chin up works more triceps - chins work biceps anyway you do them

Come on... bodybuilders are for physique.

A true gymnast needs to be able to perform the Iron Cross.  Very hard to sustain.
