Give Noel a break... dieting is feasible by yourself but there's many other things in contest prep that only 20years+ of prepping people can teach you...

I've met Noel in person a couple of times. He's an intelligent guy. also owns the Best gym in Portland, OR and one of the few "guru" with proven results for longer than tbomz has been on earth

Competing is pretty expensive, if for an extra !000.00 you can make sure you come in the best shape I would think its worth it. The pro's I've trained have moved up a few spots because of what I know, the increase in prize money justifies the cost. Zoa turned pro and now has a contracts and guest posings because of it.

whatever the fuck they wanted to run... steroids are not rocket science... if they had little money id do test alone... if they had alot id do tren+test+gh+cytomel... or possibly if they were in the middle of the financial spectrum, id do long acting insulin instead of gh.... but at the end of the preop the pre contest stack doesnt mean anything if the muscle wasnt there t begin with.. not going to puton any muscle during prep.. and with roids you wont lose any either... things like t3 and gh can allow a guy with low discipline to have an easier time dieting... but even still they could just go without those things and be a bit more strict on the diet...

the best pre contest stack is actually a few years of an off season stack...
