Pre-cooked burgers

what do you think about precooked burgers?

are they "dangerous"?

do they contain a lot of soya?

i depends on the brand of burger you are buying.  Besides it would probably be better to buy your own meat and pre make your burgers.  that way you know what is in them and can control the taste to suite you.

the amount of fat in those is outrageous.  make your own

Unless it's ground turkey BREAST, then it's no better in the fat dept. than ground beef.
