I saw that shit on Rodehouse on the food network. One old greek lady mixed the top layer of cheese with baby cereal.

The stuff I cooked didn't have any cheese, but not much better.  It's topped with Bechamel "White Sauce" which has whole milk, butter, flower and egg yolks.  No, not a meal you'd want to have regularly.
