Very good bro.. Nice and dry as you should be when Jim is dialing you in. Just stay relaxed and everything will fall into place. Follow Jim's program exactly as he wrote it out and keep in my that with his method there is no spilling over... You can't miss as long as you stay on Jim's path. Here is what we (Jim and myself) need you to do: When they announce that your class will be on stage in 30 minutes, I want you to drink the "powder" with 8 oz. of spring water and have someone take a few pics of your mandatory poses. After the first initial pictures are taken start pumping up (large body parts first and move on to the smaller ones). Once they say your class needs to line up (20 - 30 minutes later) take a few more pics of the same poses. We want to see how pumped you get and here is the best part, you will not spill over (meaning... NO SWEATING). The water will be pulled into your cells and you will sustain your pump throughout the entire prejudging. It worked for me and I am positive it will do the same for you. Remember that you will not need to pump up very hard just light reps and light squeezing. The pictures are a must. You are ready so have fun up there and smile.. you are doing it for you and not them ;)... Good luck.
