I could see ramy maybe getting second if the Olympia was just a week or two away from the NY pro but it has been a littkle tooo long that might be a problem for Ramy. He might of gotten a litle lazy after that victory. I think he will still get 3rd but if he had alot more time he could of maybe taken 2nd and he still might but I doubt it. Kai has stayed in the best condition out of anybody all year every guest posing Kai has looked way better then the other guest posers. we will have to wait and see. Ruhl didn't have his kind of size. Rule only had size, Ramy has incdredible shape, symmetry & structure. He does need to be more detailed to do maximum damage at the O. If he is, I think he can finish anywhere in the top 4. That's a big if though.

jose for his height has an insane amount of dense/vascular/size,that being said its not pretty and his abs and waist is the expense for it,flex,dugdale,henry ,alves may not be freaky as jose but better flowing builds.he's a top 3-5 that being said.

If you are in LV on Thursday night for the Meet the Olympians, I have to recommend The Palms (one mile north of the Orleans and an easy walk north along Arville)) as the great spot to have a very good and very cheap Prime RIb dinner ($8.99) in their 24/7 Cafe.
I think it's also available each and every night of the week while you are in town.
Another good meal at a very resonable price can be found at Ellis Island on Koval about one mile east. Ask for the Steak Special which comes with a decent saland and a glass of beer at about $9.00.
It ain't Ruth Chris but it's pretty damn good for the price.

all the hype,video's ,pic's,what i see is jay going for the 'leanest'look in his career minus the yr with cormier he battled and chris smoked him on size,but jay had good look there just 'small'lol,,his face show's it all and the wrapped look to his muscle ,he's older so the fullness is down/volume look he's had,but still he looks cool/great,we will see on stage,carbed up what it really is..

In general, all elements of this years' Olympia were worse that last year. The Expo was not as exciting either. The number of concessions were smaller. While the competitors seemed to fare better and there was some stiff competition, the intensity seemed lacking.
