how must we do one arm row correctly?

isn't it bad for the shoślders to get stretched out like that at the most bottom of the tange of motion or should one not go full range?

I def prefer a full ROM for this exercise, after warming up my shoulder joints with weightless front, side & back raises. It's also a great rear delt exercise when you perform a 1 sec peak contraction.

I think as long as you are not just dropping the weight in the Negative phase it will be ok.. the Negative phase really works the muscle(s) very hard. FEEL the lats work..also like Dropping plates wrote you can go for the peak contraction and some people in the upper position give a bit of body movement (not cheating) to intensify this.. i hate to see people throwing the weight around in the gym with too much weight like it“s all about just moving a weight from point A to B  ::)
