Hey Gang,
I know you all have been on the edge of your seat so here are the results from my show!
Won both Light Heavies and Jr. Master classes.
Lost the overall by 1 point to a soft, out of shape heavywt that had horrible site injection lumps on his delts and quads. Hey, either you win or get screwed in BB, right?? ;D

Surprisingly, only 3 lbs!! ;D I'm serious!
I made sure to get my electolytes back in check that night and next day. Drinking over a gallon again.
Don't believe in blowing up by eating a bunch of crap that I have not ate in months. Been trying to eat well, but a lot to take advantage of growing after a show rather than "bloating" after a show...
Want bigger muscles not bigger intestines :-\
Next is the Heavy Weights at USA 2009

Damn, i always pigged out for a week and gained a bunch of fat! but i don't have the greatest willpower for dieting, i LOVE to eat!

He was just softer. The reason I got hard as nails for the LH was to beat a softer Heavy or Super Heavy. Sorry, no powerlifters bro but you could have done well 8)
My reaction was like Titus when Phil Hernon beat him. I stormed off stage, threw my tropheys, called out the judges and cried all night :'(

Here are pics at 6 days out. Still full of water as legs and midseciton were tighter come show time. Do not have contest day photos back yet.

Not what I am running as opposed to what I am eating and how I am training. A lot of guys take a bunch of time off, get off all gear, eat like shit and wonder why they feel and look like crap after a show. I admit, have gone that route in the past. So far, feel amazing and will slowly starting to ramp up the training.
Just adding in more calorie dense foods back into my diet. Cottage Cheese, yogurts, grains, sauces, ice cream (kidding!)....

No, running PCT now. I timed and planned it this way. BUT do not feel like I am losing anything as far as size. Timed it right, I hope, this time!!!
But a lot of guys just stop everything cold turkey and do not time out PCT, then add in all that shit food, voila....fat and soft! ;D

6 days out? Great conditioning in the upper body and legs came through as well. I like the idea of not swelling up too much after shows. But thats just my Op. Nice work bro!! Good luck in the future

Yup, 6 days.
Drank up to 2 gallons of water all the way until 8 pm night before show too! Did not over dehydrate, which I see a lot of guys shrink from stopping all water too soon and kept me full come show time.
